Course Goals and Achievements:​
When I started this course, my goals were to develop a strong understanding of the camera, settings, exposure, and lighting, to build a strong portfolio by the end of the semester, and to improve my time management for this course. Looking back, I can confidently say that I have achieved these goals. Through the various assignments, I learned about lighting and exposure, explored the history of different photographers, built a strong portfolio that showcases my work, and developed a timeline for completing assignments to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Overall, I now feel more confident in understanding what makes a strong photograph and what elements capture people's attention when they view different images.
